Short puffed sleeved, and finished with a frill collar, the top has beautiful embroidered hand-smocking on the chest that adds character to the garment. The back of the dress features three covered buttons and an elegant decorative belt. A very sweet garment to be worn on special occasions such as wedding. Ideal for flower girls and little bridesmaids.
